A screening of the RTS archives on the medieval town will be held at the Théâtre de La Prillaz.
This event offers an immersion into local history through evocative images and stories. It's a unique opportunity to rediscover our heritage and share emotionally-charged moments.
Reports by RTS journalist Malik Melihi and director Andrea Sautereau will highlight archive extracts and contemporary interviews.
Speakers will include Thérèse Meyer, former President of the National Council, Samuel Ménétrey, Estavayer local councillor and history teacher, and Hervé Galeuchet, guide and lecturer. The evening will be hosted by Malik Melihi.
An aperitif will be offered by the municipality of Estavayer after the screening.
