Cheese fondue, regional specialities.

Restaurant Marcello is one of those neighbourhood-style bistros where local dishes are served. It is located a stone's throw from the Cantonal and University Library and offers a wide choice of steaks, roast beef, meat fondue and tartar. Various cheese fondues, tripe à la Milanese and vegetarian dishes are also available.
