Yoga classes
The end of the weekend is a good time to recharge your batteries for the week.
Through a gentle practice of hatha and yin yoga, you awaken your awareness of physical, mental and emotional resistance and tension. In the asana practice, your breathing activates and releases blockages, balances and aligns your being and offers you a gradual relaxation that prepares you for the pranayamas.
You are then guided towards active breathing techniques (pranayamas) that energise and calm both your nervous system and the fluctuations of your thoughts.
Settle into the final relaxation posture and let yourself be carried away in a restorative meditation and sound bath.
Open to all and ideal for people with a range of ailments.
