The traditional Bénichon Menu - Kilbi Menu is celebrated in the fall in the canton of Fribourg. The Chesery is participating for the first time this year to revive the tradition in the restaurant. We are the only restaurant in the lake district and are delighted to be able to offer the menu.
This includes the saffron rolls Cuchaule AOP and the Kilbisenf made from pears, the cabbage soup and the kaminger-smoked Jambon de la Borne AOP with vegetables and boiled potatoes. For dessert, of course, the meringue with Gruyez heavy cream, served with cherry brandy, is a must. We look forward to your reservation at the Chesery.
