The artist Stefanie Bersot aka Stefanie-ART, who grew up in Kerzers, is exhibiting typefaces and acrylic paintings on the theme of "Take your time" at the Pellegrini Gallery from 8 to 29 October. She works and lives in Ins.
The viewer sees circles, golden spheres of the world embedded in intertwined fascinating lettering - a thousand different words, sentences and yet so clearly in the middle, which goes into the depths and touches. The artist circumscribes and encircles these real golden centres with her beautiful handwriting in regular, calm strokes and, if desired, also with the very own words of the future owners of the picture.
Not depth but breadth is found in Stefanie Bersot's quite different, colourful and powerful acrylic paintings. The brush flies, it is "free", exuberant, joyful. The colours glow. A lust for life that hides in nothing - that comes openly.
