Madeleine Ruedin, who has settled in Salavaux, proudly represents the fourth generation of a family of winegrowers.
After nine years of collaboration with Bernard Cavé - a Vaudois winegrower well known to Chablais wine lovers - Madeleine Ruedin offers her own wines, including the “Confidences” liqueur based on Riesling-Sylvaner. The winemaker buys the grapes, which she processes using some original techniques, such as the ageing of her Chasselas Belles-Rives in amphorae, which brings out all the qualities of this white wine that is emblematic of the region.
