KRIM by Sandrine Nicolas. Do we all carry a monster within us?
What invisible hand pushes us forward, and which one holds us back?
Violence is everywhere. Within us. Around us. Directed at us. Towards others. Against ourselves.
We walk a tightrope, constantly balancing—sometimes the wolf, sometimes Little Red Riding Hood.
Where is the tipping point? What drives us? What holds us back?
What is that invisible hand sleeping inside us?
KRIM is the story of an intimate investigation in which we try to decipher our own impulses and their inner workings. To stare our own monster in the face. To try to understand the monsters of others. What path do they follow? What does a monster look like?
KRIM is also about understanding. Transforming. Soothing. No longer needing to repress.
Welcoming. Being one’s own outstretched hand.
