Cinema for a Sustainable Future: 20th Edition of the Green Film Festival
Since 2006, the Green Film Festival has been presenting a selection of the best current documentaries on subjects related to sustainable development, nature and ecology in the broadest sense. Over the years, the festival has developed in more and more cities, first in French-speaking Switzerland, then in France (mainly in the departments of Ain and Haute-Savoie), and in Ticino.
Program at Romont
Saturday, April 5rd :
- 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-10.15pm: Stands selling drinks and home-made pastries
- 09:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:15: Mini Family Energy Treasure Hunt (ongoing activity)
Films :
- 10.00am: ‘From the plate to the ocean’, preceded by the short film ‘Martha’.
- Followed by a cooking workshop
- 2.00 pm: ‘The beaver, a force of nature
- 15.00 Activities for children
- 16:00: ‘Tempête - les animaux dans la tourmente’, preceded by the short film ‘Chauve-souris
- 7.30pm: ‘The Wheels of the Future’, preceded by the short film ‘The Bats’. preceded by the short film ‘Sapiens ? ’
- Followed by a talk on the theme of cycling
