Performance by Abraham Poincheval

On 11 June 2026, Abraham Poincheval, clad in a medieval suit of armour weighing over 30 kg, embarked on a new adventure. Over 12 days, he will traverse a route of more than 250 km connecting the Grütli plain to Fribourg.

Stage 1 – 11 June: (Chapel of William Tell) Grütli – Stans ǀ 29.11 km

Stage 2 – 12 June: Stans – Lucerne ǀ 18.84 km

Stage 3 – 13 June: Lucerne – Sempach ǀ 27.5 km

Stage 4 – 14 June: Sempach – Reiden ǀ 29.17 km

Stage 5 – 15 June: Reiden – Aarburg ǀ 12.86 km

Stage 6 – 16 June: Aarburg – Herzogenbuchsee ǀ 26.06 km
