Local artists and craftspeople market
La Coutellerie is a community centre that has been operating as an alternative and popular socio-cultural bistro since 2019.
Drawing on its experience at the intersection of activism, celebration and the arts, La Coutellerie is organising a 'Declining Christmas Market' this year, in line with its inclusive and non-commercial values.
The market will feature local artisans who promote recycling, reuse and upcycling in their creative processes.
There will also be a superb selection of second-hand books, games, toys, soft toys and clothing at 'pay what you want' prices from flea market vendors.
There will be useful, reusable items without unnecessary packaging.
There will also be a bartering stall where you can exchange items you no longer use but think might be useful to others.
There will be activities for all ages.
Soup, tea and mulled wine.
