Presentation of a work
On October 3, Dr. Abdulkhaleq Lalzad, an Afghan historian and author, will present his book *A Scientific-Practical Solution to Afghanistan's Ethnic & Structural Crisis* at L'Atelier. Published in 2025, this book explores the idea of decentralizing the state across its provinces, based on principles of civic justice and social balance.
Anyone interested is invited to attend this presentation and discussion, which will be followed by a reception.
