The very first Table d’hôtes in the canton! Since May 1998, Marie-Jeanne Brönnimann has been delighting guests with authentic cuisine, reminiscent of grandmother’s cooking. Everything is homemade, from the bread to the dessert, for a warm and convivial gourmet experience! Her specialty: wood-fired beef ribs!
