“Les Trentenaires aiment la bonne bière” is a benchmark for beer lovers. The establishment offers a wide selection of 15 craft beers on draught and over 150 bottled beers. All are 100% natural, with no additives or preservatives, and are neither filtered nor pasteurized. Local producers include Fri-Mousse, Freiburger Biermanufaktur and Bière de l'Évêque.
With the “Fait Maison” label, the restaurant offers authentic cuisine, prepared entirely on site, with no pre-cooked products. The menu features gourmet burgers and tartars, as well as a regularly renewed menu of the day. At weekends, the menu evolves with delicious brunches and a variety of dishes. For dessert, the chef delights the taste buds with homemade ice creams.
