The Apollo welcomes Swedish chef Daniel Lumb.
Chef Hugo Gaspar will host Swedish chef Daniel Lumb in his kitchen. Together, they have envisioned and will create a unique menu, echoing the visit of the Swedish national ice hockey team to Fribourg during the ice hockey world championships.
