Founded in 2003 by Gérard and Anita Yerly, Boucherie Yerly is located in the pretty village of Rossens, at the foot of the Gibloux! At present, 8 employees, including 3 apprentices, work from Tuesday to Saturday to offer our loyal customers the best of our expertise.
95% of the meat is sourced locally or regionally. The circular economy is their credo and their slogan confirms their desire to do good every day: Artisan for pleasure, Artisan for your pleasure!
In 2019, the butchery has been renovated to incorporate all the modern touches needed to work to the highest standards. In terms of hygiene, comfort and safety, this butcher's shop meets all quality standards.

Tuesday - Friday: 7.30am - 12.10pm | 2.00pm - 6.30pm
Saturday: 7.30am - 12.00pm | 1.30pm - 4.00pm
