Notes de fève is one of the rare artisanal chocolate factories in Switzerland to manufacture its chocolate from the bean to the bar.
Its objective is to bring out the natural flavors of the bean in each bar. During the workshops, you will discover all the secrets of chocolate making and tasting! Partner workshops (wine and chocolate, tea and chocolate, etc.) are also organized.
