Nova is an event not to be missed, an unmissable occasion to celebrate the end of the year together.

The party square

The Place des Fêtes, the heart of Nova, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where magic will light up your evenings.

There are private chalets for your group, food stalls offering a variety of delicacies, and a fondue pint, ideal for warming up. A cosy bar, where the scent of spices and mulled wine wafts through the air, is also available for evenings of DJ sets. The atmosphere is one of celebration, shared laughter and moments of complicity over your favorite beverages.

Young and old are invited to have fun on the synthetic ice rink, open all day. Skates are available for hire on site, and admission is free. It is also possible to reserve slots for a game of Eisstock.

The Soup Festival

Organized by La Tuile, the Festival de Soupes is a veritable institution in Fribourg, cohabiting harmoniously with Nova on the Place Georges-Python. Every evening, dedicated volunteers prepare a free soup, served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. This moment of sharing brings together people from all walks of life, creating a unique atmosphere where hearts warm as much as bodies.

In this way, the Soup Festival brings its own warmth and solidarity to the Fribourg winter, perfectly complementing the festive spirit of Nova.

The entertainment area is an enclosed, heated area where activities for younger guests take place during the day.
