During this tour, you will not only discover the gastronomy of Fribourg but also know local culinary anecdotes. At the end of the walk, the guide will take you to a local restaurant ofthe city where specialties of the region will be served. This tour will delight your taste buds!
Tastings at the Market : cuchaule and mustard of Bénichon, ham of the milestone, sausage, various cheeses, braid, sweet and salty bricelets, cake of Vully, syrups of flowers, white wine of Vully.
Tasting at the restaurant: Chalet and Gruyère soup, Meringues and double cream from Gruyère, coffee.
