A musical stroll through the city of Fribourg

Writer and actress Joséphine de Weck and musician Stefan Aeby have teamed up to offer a musical walk through the city of Fribourg.
Equipped with a mobile phone and headphones, the walker receives a map from the Tourist Office. The map shows the route and a QR code that gives access to the songs created for the different points of the walk.

The lyrics tell of the adventures of a group of women who dream of the city in a different way. In a poetic way, they allow us to look at the city in a different way and to dream about it for the duration of the walk. All the songs are in French and German.
The music is based on original melodies.

The idea of this musical stroll is to look at the city in a different way, to poetise places that at first glance are anything but dreamy. It is also an invitation to discover the city by listening.

This project was initiated in collaboration with Fribourg Tourisme and is supported by the State of Fribourg and the Loterie Romande.

A map of the route is available from Fribourg Tourisme.

The walk is available in German and French.

Duration: approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
