Davide Nestola grew up in Fribourg, Switzerland, the son of an Italian family. After a German-speaking school career, he became particularly interested in the world of optics, and naturally decided to train as an optician. Eventually, he followed his passion for photography, which he has now made his profession.
Photography, and street photography in particular, had a profound effect on him. The raw emotions, unscripted moments and unfiltered stories that unfold on the streets captivate his senses. With every click of the lens, he finds himself weaving stories about people's lives, capturing their joys, struggles and the essence of their humanity. Social networks have become his backdrop. He is now followed by over 500,000 people worldwide. This community of photography enthusiasts, wanderers and storytellers is a testament to the universal language of visual art.
