In Fribourg, Biermanufaktur is committed to producing the finest malt beverage for the city of Fribourg, its canton, and French-speaking Switzerland. The company is fully committed to Fribourg's brewing culture.
Sustainable development is neither a detail nor a fad. It is given great importance on a daily basis. Supplies are sourced from neighbouring producers as often as possible, or Swiss producers if this is not possible, even if it incurs additional costs. Biermanufaktur believes in thoughtful spending and values its relationships with its partners.
The goal is to develop an urban brewery whose reputation extends far beyond the canton's borders. People — customers and employees — are essential. Constant investment is made in them.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Sunday and Monday: closed
