Presentation
This family-run business has been making and selling its own cheeses since 1993. The Biland family are very proud of their home region, and are keen to showcase the region's expertise during a visit to taste their products.
Since 2010, they have been running the Alpine refreshment bar at Les Invuettes, close to the Alpage des Invuettes, where around fifty animals come to spend the summer. You can watch the cheese being made, buy it and even taste it, thanks to the cheese specialities at the Charmey refreshment bar!
The Biland family and their cheeses can be found at a number of markets in French-speaking Switzerland:

- Wednesday in Onex
- Thursday in Lausanne, Boulevard de Grancy
