Presentation

The "Le Radeau" association takes in people in difficulty. A bakery workshop has been set up to :

  • Improve self-confidence and self-esteem
  • (Re)adapt to work
  • Improve interpersonal skills
  • Take responsibility
  • Carry out a skills assessment

The workshop takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday mornings and Fridays. The participants are fully involved in the production of the bread. The bakery in Orsonnens is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm and on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm. We are also present at the markets in Fribourg on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and in Bulle on Thursdays. The bakery's flagship products include cuchaule, seasonal bread, pain au chocolat and Bénichon mustard. The association even won a gold medal for their Bénichon mustard and a silver medal for their cuchaule.
