The Association of Master Butchers and Charcutiers of the Canton of Fribourg currently has 69 members, including 60 active members, 1 supporting member, 4 honorary members, and 4 veteran members.
Since 1993, the Association has entrusted its secretariat to the Employers' and Economic Federation in Bulle.
Its President is Mr. Gérard Yerly from Rossens.
