Jambon de la Borne AOP is one of the specialties of Mr. Maxime Richoz, who took over from Mr. Christophe Wicht in 2020. He masters every step of the production process and keeps this traditional know-how alive. The smoking in the “borne” is carried out directly on the premises of the butcher’s shop.
