Presentation
Damien Raemy comes from a family of cheesemakers and represents the third generation. In April 2010, he took over the artisanal cheese dairy in Hauteville, located on the shores of Lake Gruyère. Damien Raemy sells the cheeses he produces himself at the Palais du Fromage in Fribourg, as well as in his village shop at the Hauteville cheese dairy. The Palais du Fromage offers over 150 types of cheese, local specialty products, and catering services!
