The bakery-pastry-confectionery Au Vieux Grenier was founded in 2000 and is run by Mr. Christian Audergon, a modern artisan baker rooted in tradition. He strives to create artisanal bakery and pastry products using today’s technological means while applying the expertise gained through his extensive experience. Craftsmanship and respect for the environment are values that are especially important to him.
You can find Au Vieux Grenier’s various sales outlets in Avry-Bourg, Courtepin, Corminboeuf, and Noréaz. Each shop is accompanied by a coffee bar.
