Introduction
At La Bergerie du Prareman in Enney, Maurane and Malik Bajrami offer their renowned lambs, raised with forage grown on the farm and naturally fed with their mother’s milk.
The lambs stay with their mothers until the day of departure. They are brought to a local slaughterhouse to minimize transport time (about 15 minutes). The meat is vacuum-packed for optimal preservation. Preparation and portion sizes per package are done according to your preferences. The lambs are sold as whole (~20kg/PM) or half (~10kg/PM) carcasses at CHF 20.– per kilo PM, with home delivery included. All production is certified Fribourg – regio.garantie and IP-Suisse.
