Presentation
Boucherie Künzli is a family-run business that previously operated from the Restaurant de la Croix Blanche in Le Mouret. The butcher's shop moved to new premises in 2003. Philippe Künzli, who now runs the business, holds a federal diploma in agri-food following his apprenticeship as a butcher. On 1 January 2017, after 8 years' experience in the industry, he was ready to take over the family business. The butcher's shop comprises 5 different areas of activity: the slaughterhouse, the laboratory, the cutting, the catering service and the shop. This totally integrated way of working means we can control every link in the chain, ensuring impeccable quality! A large part of the production is labelled ‘Fribourg-regio.garantie’.
