Presentation
When Joseph Zbinden took over his father's butcher shop in 1948 and soon after built a new one, he upheld the tradition of specializing in sausages and ham. In January 1980, Elisabeth and Raphael Götschmann, representing the third generation, inherited the family business from Joseph Zbinden, their father-in-law. From that point on, they navigated many changes and overcame numerous legal challenges together. They dedicated a great deal of time and energy to expanding the business and modernizing the building. With great pride and joy, it can now be said that all three of their children — Petra, Stefan, and Romano — are working in the family business, ensuring the continuity of the butcher shop. Romano, in particular, has made a name for himself, having already won several gold medals at the IFFA, and has successfully convinced several retailers to carry his products.
