A craftsman by passion, a craftsman for your pleasure! Gérard Yerly is a dedicated artisan. Highly professional, he is a strong advocate for traditional Fribourg butchery and charcuterie, while always keeping a sharp eye on the future. His butcher shop has been located in Rossens for several years. He offers a full range of Fribourg butchery products, all handcrafted with his team. Among his specialties is the Fribourg sausage from the Petite Sarine.
Deeply committed, he trains several apprentices and organizes workshops for children. He is also available for all your catering needs!
