Passionate about their craft and committed to quality, Marc Guisolan and his wife Rebecca Guisolan met in Davos. Two years ago, the couple took over the business, which today employs a young and motivated team of 10 people.
Their participation in the Swiss Bakery Trophy and the Chevaliers du Bon Pain has earned them several awards: sourdough baguette – gold medal, salted breadsticks – silver medal at the Bakery Trophy, and anise bread – gold medal at the 2012 Bakery Trophy.

All our products are available for takeaway or to enjoy on-site. For deliveries, we work with our catering service partner. We welcome you to our tea room in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
