The Suard bakeries, pastry shops, and confectioneries have been delighting the people of Fribourg for nearly 70 years. From a small neighborhood bakery in 1947, the Suard business has grown to include four bakery-pastry shops, a production facility, two tea rooms, and a bar. Despite this growth, the Suard family has remained true to the values that made their reputation: artisanal production, local ingredients, and top-quality products.
