Presentation
Having developed a taste for pastry from an early age, Gilles Guillaume completed an apprenticeship as a baker-pastry chef in Kerzers. He then worked in German-speaking Switzerland until October 1st, 2001, when, at the age of 22, he took over the bakery of Mr. Jean-Louis Friedli. Today, he works in a cheerful atmosphere with a team of ten employees, including two apprentices, to produce traditional baked goods and a variety of snacks perfect for small cravings. The bakery’s main specialty is the Gâteau de Vully, a true local product from the region, highly sought after by lovers of tradition.
