Presentation
Since 1999, the Restaurant de la Croix Blanche in Posieux has also operated its own brewery. With over 20 years of experience, they produce one batch per week, amounting to 1,200 liters of beer. Three different beers are available on tap, and six more can be enjoyed in bottles.
All production and bottling take place in Posieux.
