Presentation
The Brasserie de la Grue was born in 2017 in a mountain chalet at the foot of the Dent de Lys. Since then, it returns there every summer to brew its original beverages over a wood fire, in a copper kettle. The alpine beers arrive in December and are available while stocks last from the summer’s production.
Since 2021, we have had the opportunity to set up a new brewing facility in Montbovon, which allows us to offer a new range of beers available all year round.
