Presentation
For many years simply a beer enthusiast, David Oberson, a 44-year-old geomatics engineer from Geneva, began brewing in 2013 in the basement of his home in Siviriez. It was thanks to a friend that David first discovered the beer-making process. Later, after receiving his first brewing equipment from his wife, he began setting up his microbrewery in the cellar of his house.
