Founded in 1991 by Jean-François and Jocelyne Biolley, then taken over on 1 January 2022 by Lionel and his partner Dalila, Cave de la Tour is a family-run business located in the heart of the Vully vineyards in Môtier. The estate, which comprises 5.5 hectares of vines, is worked with respect for the local flora and fauna. Our vines and wines are certified with the Bio Bourgeon Suisse label.
The winery's production comes from 15 different grape varieties. As well as the traditional Chasselas and Pinot Noir, Cave de la Tour offers specialities such as Pinot Gris, Traminer, Pinot Blanc, Viognier and Oeil-de-Perdrix, as well as barrel-aged red blends.
A cosy carnotzet can accommodate 25-30 people for aperitifs and tastings. You can even take a boat from Lake Murten, as the winery is only a 5-minute walk from the port of Môtier!
