This temperamental ingredient has been mastered by Cécile Menoud, who transforms it into delicious confections in her workshop, Cécile Choco Créations.
In her chocolate creations, Cécile Menoud—playful and cheerful—makes it a point to include as many products from the Fribourg terroir as possible. She offers specialties such as pralines and chocolate bars made with vin cuit (cooked wine), Botzi pears, meringue, or Bénichon mustard.
