Château de Praz

Dating back to 1521, the Château de Praz has always been closely tied to vineyards and winemaking. Since April 1st, 2011, Marylène and Louis Bovard-Chervet, representing the 5th generation of the Chervet family, have been managing the estate, which includes 12 hectares of privately owned vines.

Passionate, dynamic, and open-minded, their philosophy is to stay closely connected to their product and to intervene as little as possible in order to preserve the character of each vintage and each grape variety. The Château de Praz offers a selection of eleven wines, all made from a single grape variety. These wines are the result of the complementary talents of the young couple:
Marylène Bovard-Chervet, the oenologist, and Louis Bovard, the winemaker.

In addition, for the past five months, Marylène and Louis have been working from freshly renovated spaces located in the oldest part of the Château de Praz — an authentic experience guaranteed!
