From the Morard brothers' distillery in Le Bry, the Cogiterre artisanal vinegar workshop has moved to the Domaine de Greybin in Molondin, joining the Fankhauser family. The combined artisanal techniques are primarily focused on the processing of fruits and vegetables. Among all the methods of enhancement, fermentation has been chosen as the preferred approach.
