Presentation
More than fifteen producers have responded to Croqu'Terre’s call. Vegetable growers, dairy farmers, cheesemakers, livestock breeders, beekeepers, and bakers are all invited, several times a year, to provide seasonal products that will fill the weekly "baskets" sold to consumers through the association. While the concept is similar to a "bio basket," the goal is not to require producers to adhere to a specific label, but rather to encourage sustainable practices and focus on product quality.
