Presentation
The distillery is a family business based in Le Bry in the canton of Fribourg. In 1957, Paul Morard decided to give up his job as a farmer and devote himself to contract distillation.
It is one of their main activities. Put your fruit in barrels and bring it to them. You can watch the distillation process by appointment, if you wish.
They also have a plate press which is in use during the autumn. Thanks to this press, they can obtain the juice needed to produce cooked wine, vinegar and Calvabry.
