On their estate in Cormagens, just a stone's throw from Fribourg, father and son Jean-Bernard and Francis Bapst set themselves the challenge of producing genuine Fribourg fries.
The range is wide: firm-fleshed and floury potatoes of various sizes, as well as roestis, gratin strips, cubes and, of course, fresh chips! This courageous and innovative approach means that they are currently the only company in the Fribourg region to offer this type of product.
Since spring 2019, all their products have been labelled ‘Certified Terroir Fribourg’.
