Presentation
Michel Crausaz trained in agriculture and worked for a number of producers before taking over the Planchy farm and its hectare of market garden in January 2021 with his future wife, Elisa Barras. Passionate about what they do, they intend to continue the work of their predecessors while expanding the sale of meat from their own herd of cows.
In total, over the year, we offer around twenty different vegetables. All of them are sold at our farm market, where you'll also find a good selection of local produce. As we have suckler cows, we also want to develop sales of our own meat.
