Presentation
The Freiburger brewery, founded in 2009 at the Cordeliers convent in Fribourg, moved to the former abattoirs in St-Léonard in 2012. Brewmaster Uwe Siegrist and his team of enthusiasts set about creating craft beers that will appeal to all palates, from novices to the most discerning connoisseurs! The range includes 3 beers brewed all year round, including the flagship ‘La Patriote’, and 4 seasonal specialities. Aware of its local responsibility, the brewery sources as much as possible from regional producers, and is aiming in the long term for an urban structure employing around 30 people, thus perpetuating the brewing tradition of the city of Fribourg!
