Presentation
It is in the heart of Gruyère that we uphold the tradition of Gruyère AOP every day. Gruyère is, above all, the ancestral birthplace of Gruyère AOP. The earliest records of its production date back to 1115, and the name Gruière first appeared in 1655. We are ideally located to carry on the know-how passed down from our Gruyère forebears.
By tasting our Gruyère AOP, you immerse yourself in the spirit of Gruyère—a land rich in tales and legends, and home to people deeply devoted to it. Our cellars are set in the very heart of this terroir. This deep-rooted connection is an essential ingredient in offering Gruyère AOP lovers its unique character.
Fromage Gruyère SA is a key player in the Gruyère region. It builds strong, lasting relationships here to uphold the region’s cherished traditions and preserve its authentic character.
