Discover the 2020 Gift Baskets

Located between Bulle and Fribourg on the shores of Lake Gruyère, our cheese dairy collects milk from 16 producers, both organic and traditional. Thanks to modern equipment, we have the privilege of producing a wide range of dairy products while respecting traditional methods.

Gruyère is, of course, the flagship of our business, but we also produce 25 tonnes of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, raclette cheese, Gruyère double cream, fresh tommes during the summer season, sérac, double cream caramels in various flavors, and bricelets.
