Presentation
The Mézières and Surroundings Cheese Cooperative owns the premises. It was formed through the merger of four former cooperatives: Mézières, Berlens, Estévenens, and Villariaz. In 2009, it invested over 7 million Swiss francs in the construction of a new building and modern facilities.
The cooperative brings together 42 milk producers who deliver 5.3 million kilograms of milk annually.
