The Vuisternens cheese dairy, located in the heart of the Glâne region in Vuisternens-devant-Romont, offers a fine selection of regional cheeses and dairy products made in-house.

For over 20 years, the Equey family has been fully dedicated to cheese production. Gérard Equey took over the dairy in 1990. The cheese dairy processes over 2 million liters of milk using traditional methods.
